This jaggery goor softens and melts smoothly when warmed, making it easy to stir into hot milk, tea or simmering pans. It comes as a solid block, ready to break into pieces or grate as needed for cooking. Jaggery goor is a traditional unrefined sugar, used widely in South Asian kitchens as a natural sweetener.
