Heera Thai Sweet Chilli comes in a substantial 1 litre bottle, ideal for households that reach for a dipping sauce most weeks. One bottle covers plenty of meals, from midweek stir-fries to weekend takeaway nights at home. This is a thick, glossy sauce with a balance of sweetness and mild chilli heat. It has the familiar amber colour and light stickiness that makes it easy to drizzle or spoon straight from the bottle. In the kitchen, it works well as a dip for spring rolls, prawn toast and chicken skewers. Stir it through noodles or a quick vegetable stir-fry for extra flavour, or serve alongside chips and battered fish as an alternative to ketchup. It also makes a handy glaze for grilled or pan-fried chicken thighs, brushed on towards the end of cooking so the sugars caramelise rather than burn. Once opened, keep the bottle in the fridge and give it a shake before use, as the sauce can settle over time. The wide 1 litre size means it is worth decanting a small amount into a serving dish rather than bringing the whole bottle to the table. Stored properly, it stays useful for regular cooking and dipping across several weeks, making it a practical staple for anyone who enjoys Thai-style flavours at home.
